If you are paying by gift card please book by phone on 01 296 4466 as you will be charged an unnecessary booking fee online.

Please be aware we require at least 24 hour notification for any changes or cancellations. Failure to do so will result in full billing of your scheduled services. Cancellations/changes to bookings which were made online must be cancelled/changed online also and cannot be made via phone, through email or social media sites. Groups of 2 or more people require 48 hours cancellation notice.

Patch Tests
Treatments which require a patch test can be booked online, however you must ensure you have a patch test at MudPie Beauty Cottage prior to your treatment. You can drop into the salon for patch tests at any time during our opening hours. Failure to have a patch test will result in the salon being unable to carry out the treatment and full billing of your service.

Health Conditions
Certain medical conditions are contraindicated to some treatments. If you have an existing medical condition please do not book online before speaking directly to a member of staff.
